I’ve been having quite a few discussions lately about art, creativity and other artsy fartsy nonsense. But you know, if you’re going to spend time creating something, a blog post, a photograph, a piece or art, or music, even a programming project; why wouldn’t you approach it with a bit of your soul. It’s much more engaging that way.
The only trouble with putting your stamp on something is the layers of crap you usually have to wade through to get there.

Hi Rich
Never Say Die your work just continues to inspire many…
I need a little advice Rich, There has been a commercial inquiry into some of my work they are interested in a few
commissions and I don’t have any idea about remuneration etc.. Help Please
cb2k - I’m not sure if I’m your man in this respect. Much of what I’ve done has been a labour of love.. gifts to people who’ve given me enjoyment (via podcasts or other things). Perhaps someone else with a little bit more commercial experience can shed some more light on your problem.
I know it sounds like a cop-out answer. But I’d be misleading you if I gave you advice on this sort of thing. I would however be interested in knowing what kind of advice you do get. I’ve not done much commercial work, but I’d be lying if I said I’d never entertained the thought.
Best of luck with it.
Thanks very much for your prompt and honest reply… I’ll keep you posted re my experience with this or any thing else of interest.
